Why I Created SoulStrength Fit for Women Like You (& Me)

 

It wasn’t too long ago that I, too, felt the overwhelm of balancing faith, fitness, and family life. I know what it’s like to want a deeper relationship with God while also struggling to prioritize my own health and well-being. After years of trying different programs and trying to piece together a daily routine that promoted my spiritual and physical well-being, I found myself at a pivotal moment—realizing that true transformation could only come when I put Christ at the center of my health and fitness journey.

That’s why I created SoulStrength Fit. Over the past number of years, I’ve helped countless women grow stronger in their faith and their fitness. Through our Transform Daily 8-week Challenge, faith-based nutrition coaching, and year-long programs, women just like you have experienced physical, spiritual, and emotional breakthroughs.
